Springfield's Underground Railroad (Walking Tour) An interactive tour of downtown Springfield explaining the city’s role in the Underground Railroad. During the tour participants will meet costumed characters who will detail the actions of specific Springfield residents of the time. At the conclusion of the tour participants will have the opportunity to visit the PAHMUSA gallery and view the fi lm “Narratives of a Slave”. COURSE PROVIDER:PAN AFRICAN HISTORICAL MUSEUM (PAHMUSA)

Ready For Kindergarten! Sessions offer hands-on activities for parents to learn about development stages of early childhood. Topics include literacy, math/reasoning and social-emotional issues. The course is designed to meet three times per year. Participants will receive free toys and materials to use with their children.

Parenting Tough Kids in Tough Times - Session 4: Tough Kids at School This last part of a four part series designed to inform, support and connect 0arents of children with emotional/behavioral special needs. This session will address any questions from the previous three sessions, speak about parental self-care and touch on the parental grief process. PARTICIPANTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND ALL FOUR SESSIONS.
